What's the status of my payment?

Payments are being processed by the beginning of each month. In order for you to receive your funds in time, you need to complete your payment method information correctly, and send us an invoice for the payment which is going to be processed. You can follow these steps on the payment page of the user interface. If the payment interface shows that the funds are paid, and you still didn't receive it please wait 2 days at least, until the payment processor (bank/paypal) completes the transaction . If still you didn't receive please get in touch with us.
